Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your session fee. In the event Ken cancels, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. 7. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to engage respectfully during sessions. Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. 8. Liability Ken Ambrose is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of his services.
