Terms & Conditions for Individual Services Ken Ambrose – Spiritual Advisor By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Payment & Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. All transactions are processed securely, and your appointment will not be held without payment. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, no refund will be issued. Late Arrival Policy If you are late to your appointment, the session will proceed for the remaining scheduled time. Extra time will not be added to accommodate late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. General Terms All services are provided with the highest integrity and respect for each client's spiritual journey. Ken Ambrose does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Sessions are for spiritual and personal insight only. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all services are intended for guidance and personal growth.
