1. Location & Attendance

Location: Held at the venue or home of your choice (subject to travel distance approval).
Minimum Attendance: A minimum of 8 attendees receiving readings is required. If fewer than 8 individuals participate, a base fee equivalent to 8 readings at the agreed duration will apply.

2. Pricing & Payments

Reading Rate: $3.00 per minute per reading. Duration per guest is calculated before the event based on total headcount or anticipated walk-in traffic.
Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
Travel & Fees: Additional expenses (such as travel distance) are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Collection: Fees can be collected individually from guests or billed as a single flat/hourly rate.

3. Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the event start time receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event forfeit the deposit.

4. Host Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible experience, hosts are asked to:
Set up a quiet, semi-private area with a table and two chairs for readings.
Provide a comfortable space for guests while they wait.
Offer light refreshments for your attendees.
Share spiritualityadvisor.com and our service policies with all participating guests prior to the reading.

5. What We Provide

Ken and Maria Ambrose will manage the reading flow so you can focus on hosting:
Organize reading schedules and adjust reading lengths dynamically for walk-in events.
Provide guests with an overview of Ken’s reading style and what to expect.
Process individual payments or host invoicing directly.
Manage necessary brief rest breaks to keep energy levels peak throughout your event.
